The Glamping Pod at Mosedale End Farm is for couples who want to celebrate something that matters — a big birthday, anniversary, honeymoon or simply some much-needed time together. After busy weeks, full calendars and everyday pressures, this is your chance to slow everything down and enjoy each other without distraction.
Spend your days exploring the Lake District, walking the fells, finding a favourite pub or heading into Keswick. Or stay close to the farm and enjoy the views, the fresh air and the simple pleasure of doing very little.

The highlight of this cozy haven is the stunning double-ended luxurious bath that beckons for long, indulgent soaks. With its smooth, curved design and deep, inviting waters, it’s the perfect spot to unwind together. This enchanting dreamy glamping experience promises relaxation, romance, and unforgettable memories.
The one & only, Glamping Pod is tucked in the corner of the farmyard next to the garden & stream. This gives guests the unique experience of staying in the heart of a Farm, with wonderful views of the lambing fields & hay meadows. The veranda is the perfect place to sit and watch Farm life in a quieter corner of the Lake District.

Sheepdog demonstration. Get to meet the working collie dogs & see them herd the sheep. Stroke a sheep and ask the farmer all your farming questions. Small charge.
Please be careful as Sat Nav`s will take you to a holiday cottage around the corner.
Leave the M6 at J40 (Penrith) and take the A66 west to Keswick for approx 10 miles.
Take the right turn for Mungrisdale and Caldbeck.
Drive approx 4 miles on to Mosedale.
(You will pass through Mungrisdale, passing the Mill Inn on your left).
Proceed through Mosedale village, sat nav`s will tell you to turn left for Swineside, THIS IS WRONG. Mosedale End Farm is the last house in the village on the left. There is a green sign hanging from the telegraph pole.
Mosedale End Farm is a 17th Century white farm house and is set back off the road, behind its own private yard where you may park your car.

The Glamping Pod sleeps 2 adults in a made-up double bed. Shower en-suite with towels, mini kitchen for basic food prep, with fridge, underfloor heating, wi-fi, smart TV and of course the stunning double-ended luxurious Bath.
Several local country pubs, the closest only 2 miles away – an easy 30-minute road walk.
Fabolous dark sky for star gazing & if your really lucky, the Northern Lights.
Walk Wainwrights from the farm gate such as Carrock, High Pike, Calva & Back ‘O’ Skiddaw or Bowscale, Mungrisdale Common & Blencathra.
Bowscale Tarn is only a 40-minute walk, the perfect location for wild swimming and picnics, and Lake Ullswater is a 20-minute picturesque drive. The tourist hotspot town of Keswick is only 14 miles away.
