Our waterside bronze lodges are our most basic accommodation. If they were quality rated they would achieve a 2 star rating.they are not of an equivalent standard to our other lodges but are priced accordingly.

Our Waterside bronze self catering two bedroom lodges in Pickering have a double and twin bedroom. They have open plan kitchen living dining rooms leading out onto decking overlooking the pond. On the decking is a 4 person hot tub and a table and chairs.

Our self catering studio lodge offers compact open plan living with patio doors leading out onto private decking with seating area and your own hot tub. The main room in these is also a bedroom  .

This  Studio sleeps 2 people in a double bed and is a single room containing sleeping dining, sitting  and cooking areas. The kitchen has an oven, hob, sink, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a shower room.

Our  studio family self catering lodge offers compact open plan living with patio doors leading out onto private decking with seating area and your own hot tub. The main room in these is also a bedroom  .

This lodge  sleeps 2 adults and 2 children .It has a main room consisting of a double bed ,sofa ,small table and chairs . There is a separate bedroom with twin beds. This unit only has a kitchenette consisting of a sink microwave, air fryer and fridge. There is no oven or hob in this Studio lodge.

This lodge is not large enough to fit a family of 5.

The Cart House is a 1 bedroom self catering cottage converted from the original farm buildings. This has an open plan kitchen  sitting dining room and an en suite double bedroom .The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The living room and bedroom both have doors onto a private  patio and views of the garden.

Please note there is a step between the bedroom and the living area.

The Milking Parlour is a 1 bedroom holiday  cottage near Pickering. It is situated on a courtyard and was converted from the original farm buildings and was refurbished in 2022. This cottage  has an open plan kitchen,  sitting, dining area  with a vaulted ceiling and original beams. There is a 40″ smart tv, a 2 seater sofa and a table and chairs  whilst double  patio doors lead out to a small  west facing outdoor seating area ideal for the evening sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with domino hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and all the crockery cutlery and glassware you should need.. There is a  double bedroom a with pocket sprung mattress ,feather duvet and a second tv. The  bathroom has a  bath with overhead shower .

Patio doors lead out onto a small fenced seating area.

The Dairy is a one bedroom self catering cottage  near Pickering which has been stylishly converted from the original Farm buildings. It is situated in a courtyard with outdoor seating perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun.

This single story cottage has a large open plan kitchen, sitting, dining area with a high vaulted ceiling with Velux windows giving it a bright and airy feel. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The lounge area has a two seater leather sofa, a dining table with chairs  and a 43″ smart tv with DVD player.  

The patio doors lead out to a small patio seating area with a private hot tub.

 The  en suite double bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with original beams, king size bed, with pocket sprung mattress, feather duvet and oak furniture. There is a second tv/DVD in the bedroom.
