Devenish Pitt Farm and Stables is situated in the picturesque East Devon Coly Valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A family run sheep farm for more than 100 years!

A peaceful country setting four miles from the market town of Honiton and very close to the Jurassic coastline with numerous coastal towns and villages only minutes away. Wonderful walks from right outside the door,  bird and wildlife watching, farm animals and pets, pony management sessions, from summer 2026 mini piglets to cuddle, dark sky star gazing.

Come and enjoy the quiet peaceful countryside around you. An ideal holiday for country loving couples or families. Parking is beside each property. Ev charging & free super fast starlink WiFi.

Upstairs to a tranquil mezzanine area overlooking the farm courtyard - a perfect space to sit and read a book in - leading to two spacious bedrooms.

Luxurious master suite with spacious en-suite bathroom - walk in shower, toilet and deep bath in which you can relax & admire the stars through the velux window above!

A well behaved dog is welcome for £35 per stay however, being on a farm we do have a fairly strict dog code of conduct to follow please.

The Stable Cottage is a superbly converted stone barn, originally a traditional barn where sheaves of corn were threshed, later it was turned into stables for the working horses and now has been tastefully converted into this spacious three bedroomed cottage, oak-beamed throughout with it's own garden and shared use of the large farmhouse garden.

Downstairs:

Lounge with log burner; adjoining dining room; fully equipped kitchen with tall fridge freezer, and microwave; utility room with dishwasher and washing machine; downstairs toilet.

Pretty entrance breakfast room with table & chairs to sit in & admire the views.

Upstairs:

Three bedrooms - double with ensuite shower/bathroom, spacious twin bedroom and bunk room with full size single beds. Family bathroom.

Additional Directions Information

Follow the brown tourist signs to Devenish Pitt Stables from the A3052 or A375.  Do not head to Colyton and avoid coming directly into the village of Farway, just follow the brown signs.

From Honiton take the A375 towards Sidmouth. At the Hare and Hounds crossroads turn left and follow the brown tourist signs to Devenish Pitt.
OR midway between Sidmouth and Seaton, from the A3052, follow the brown tourist signs to Devenish Pitt.
