This converted historical farm is the ideal location for your country holiday in Norfolk, featuring accommodation sleeping between two and sixteen people and set in a convenient position from which you can explore some of the countryside’s greatest attractions and hidden gems.

We have 6 barns in total, The Tack room sleeping 2, The Stables and The Piggery both sleeping 4, The Cattle Shed sleeping 10 and The Farmhouse sleeping 16.

Whilst staying with us immerse yourself in the tranquility of our surroundings, where the only sounds you'll hear are the gentle rustling of leaves and the melody of birdsong. Our farm offers a truly relaxing escape, allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate amidst the scenic beauty of nature.

Indulge in the luxury of our indoor pool, steam room and jaccuzi, where you can take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by the water's edge. The inviting atmosphere of the pool area provides the perfect retreat, whether you're seeking invigorating exercise or a leisurely swim to unwind.

While the farm offers a peaceful retreat, there's also plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, history buff, or simply seeking local delights, there's something for everyone. This fabulous former family home offers a versatile sleeping arrangement with a 6-bed bunk room and five double rooms (three of which can be twin rooms), making it an ideal destination for groups seeking a rustic yet stylish escape.

Available for weekend stays only, prices range from £3248 to £5040, with check in from 12pm on Friday and check out 12pm on Monday. It may be possiblet to add an extra day either side of the weekend, so do ask. 

The Farmhouse has been home to three generations of our family. Sarah’s grandparents moved here in April 1947 to farm at Great Barn Farm. With its beautiful gardens with lawn, tennis court, fruit trees and vegetable garden, the house has seen a great deal of fun, laughter and festivities over the years.

Now it’s your turn to gather your friends and family to create your own fantastic memories with a stay in this very special place.

The kitchen is well-equipped and open plan with views to the garden and access to the rear patio as well as to the hall and front garden beyond, with huge lawn, patio and outdoor dining, perfect for long lazy summer days in the sunshine.

The sitting room and dining room are south facing and bathed in light, with the benefit of wood burning stoves
for those cosy nights in.

We accept up to 2 dogs in the Farmhouse.

Upon entering The Cattle Shed, you are greeted by an impressive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The vast space is bathed in natural light, courtesy of large glass panel windows that frame the picturesque country views, expertly designed and transformed from sheds that housed the farm’s cows up until the 1970s into the ideal Norfolk barn holiday space for large groups and families.

With five en-suite bathrooms, wooden floors and a fully equipped kitchen, you can relax in comfort and style. The barn provides fantastic postcard views of the countryside from the gardens and through a stunning 14 metre, south facing window that fills the room with warmth and light.

Step outside into the garden area, a private haven where you can bask in the tranquility of the countryside. The expansive outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining, enjoying the fresh air, or simply taking in the panoramic country views. In the garden area you also have a games room barn with table tennis and table football.

We accept up to 2 dogs in the Cattle Shed.
