Severn Valley Railway

A trip on the Severn Valley Railway is a great day out when visiting Shropshire. The vintage steam trains run from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster, along the banks of the River Severn. There is plenty to see along the route, stations to visit and lots more railway memorabilia in the Engine Shed at Highley. A return ticket gives you freedom of the line, so you can get on and off the train wherever you like.
