Little Larnick offers accommodation in the west looe valley, we have suites in the barn with their own private entrances, the Garden Room with its own entrance and two ensuite rooms in the farmhouse.

Enjoy wonderful walks in the West Looe River Valley. Choose your B&B accommodation from the suites in the barn, the garden room or the farmhouse rooms. The suites in the barn all have private entrances, parking outside, kingsize beds and lounge areas for relaxing in your room. The garden room has its own entrance from the garden, this room has a double and a single bed and can be used as a twin room. The two rooms in the farmhouse are spacious one with a king size bed and the other a twin or large double.
All the en-suites have a bath with a shower over except the twin room in the farmhouse which has a shower.

Little Larnick Farm B&B is tucked away in the peace and tranquillity, that is the West Looe River Valley. Perfectly situated to explore the area by foot or by car. Why not leave the car behind and enjoy the sheltered walk into Looe and find hidden treasures within the local independent galleries, shops and cafes. To stretch those legs a little bit further continue along the coastal path, take in the natural beauty of the south east shoreline and visit Polperro, fishing village steeped in Cornish smuggling history.

You will be spoilt for choice for places to try a variety of local cuisine especially seafood. 

Our accommodation offers a well positioned base for your relaxing break to Cornwall, with all the home comforts you would expect, en-suites, spacious rooms and king size beds. Our aim is to provide accommodation which allows our guests to instantly relax and feel at home which is why our guests keep coming back.

Car arrival: From Looe - Head towards Polperro on the A387 and after approximately two miles turn right towards Pelynt. At Pelynt turn right immediately before the Jubilee Inn and after travelling for one and a half miles turn left by a large house called 'Copplethorne'. Bypass this property and continue along the drive to the farm.
