Upstairs the main bedroom occupies the same floor area as the sitting room and has a super king-size bed which can be converted into two singles. It has its own bathroom with bath (large), basin and lavatory.

Additional sleeping accommodation can be arranged by using the couch in the sitting room which converts into a single bed - this is ideal for an extra child or visiting adult - or the sofa in the sitting room will also pull out to a double bed.

The twin bedded bedroom downstairs has level access with the rest of the ground floor and has an adjoining bathroom with power shower, basin and lavatory.

We have attempted to ensure the Coach House (and Boords Farm) have as many green credentials as possible. The latest on the Coach House is the addition of solar panels to heat the water. During the first Summer this has been very successful. (There is an additional immersion heater if necessary!).
