Lords Hill Farm is situated on a quiet country lane just off the Fosse Way with views over the Avon Valley.
The guests’ front door leads into a hallway to the two en-suite rooms and guest lounge.
Each room has a digital TV/DVD  combi, free WiFi, a hospitality tray with a variety of coffees, teas and biscuits. Ironing board, iron and bath robes also available.
The en-suite rooms have large showers, luxury towels and toiletries.
The varied breakfast menu ranges from home squeezed orange juice to freshly baked croissant to a full English breakfast with home/local produce.

Lords Hill Farm is ideally situated for visitors looking for accommodation in the countryside, yet with easy access to the motorway network and local attractions. Rugby, Coventry, Leamington and Warwick are all within easy access as are Ryton Organic, Ryton Pools, Brandon Marsh, Ricoh Arena, the NAC, NEC and many others.

The farmhouse is positioned away from the farm buildings and is surrounded by pleasant gardens with a large pond with seating nearby giving guests a chance to enjoy the swallows, ducks, and moorhens who visit us. Or if they prefer, a private patio for their use is accessed off the guest lounge.

Ample off road parking is available at the front of the house, and there is easy access to the ground floor en-suite rooms and guest lounge.

The Blue Room is situated on the ground floor in a single floor annexe to our house, facing the front. The windows overlook the front garden and pond, and with the house being on a hillside it overlooks the fields and the Avon Valley beyond. 

Our lane is quiet, so noise from any lane traffic is minimal.

There is a good double wardrobe, with full mirror, for hanging clothes, bath robes, an iron and ironing board, spare bedding are stored there also. There is plenty of drawer space in a spacious dressing table and chest of drawers. 2 bedside cabinets provide extra storage, with bedside lamps and digital radio. A comfortable settee completes the furniture.

Plenty of reading material as you relax.

Excellent selection of toiletries are to be found in the en-suite, which has a large, roomy shower.

All guests have use of the guest lounge during their stay.

The Green Room is south facing overlooking the garden at the back of the house, so is always a warm and welcoming room. Slightly smaller than the blue room but still a good sized double room with all the same facilities as the Blue Room.

It has a fitted wardobe, with ample space, chest of drawers and a good sized dressing table with mirrors. Bedside cabinets with bedside lamps and digital radio.  Ample seating. A good selection of reading material is also available.

Iron & ironing board and bath robes, with spare bedding are stored in the wardrobe.

An excellent selection of toiletries are to be found in the en-suite, which has a large roomy shower.

It is situated in a single storey annexe to the main house.

All guests have the use of the guest lounge during their stay.

From the South:

M1 - Leave at Junction 17 onto M45. Travel 6 miles to roundabout with A45, left towards Coventry. Travel 4 miles to roundabout at B4455 with war memorial on. Turn right towards Leicester, travel 1 mile, turn right into Coalpit Lane. Lords Hill Farm is 1/4 mileup the line on right hand side on a sharp left  hand bend.  

M40 - Leave at junction 12, follow signs to Gaydon. 'T' junction right onto B4100. Travel 3 miles. At roundabout turn right onto B4455, travel 12 miles to A45, follow as above.

From the North:

M6 - Leave at junction 2 onto A46. At Tollbar End roundabout with the A45 turn left towards London, travel 5 miles to B4455 roundabout with war memorial, turn left, follow directions as above.
