Fall in love with the experience of staying in one of our four charming self catering holiday cottages set in the grounds of the historic Grimblethorpe Hall.  Situated near to Louth in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

We know many guests like to take their dogs on holiday, they are very welcome in three of our cottages, fees are payable, please notify us when booking.

Some of the cottages offer ground floor accommodation and access statements are included on our website, but please call us if you have specific requirements, we will try our best to accommodate these.

We hope you like our cottages and choose to come and stay with us, we welcome you with our selection of locally sourced produce to allow you to experience some of the lovely food Lincolnshire has to offer.  We also produce and sell our own rare breed meat which is available to purchase onsite.

The Barn has been restored from the original 17th century farm barn.  

The accommodation extends to 1,125 sq ft and is arranged on two floors, sleeping up to four people and is perfect for couples and familes. There is a large covered area adjoining the property suitable for parking cars, motorbikes or cycles, and there is a also a lockable shed for cycles.  

The wooden floors throughout the cottage are solid English oak.  The accommodation comprises of a large fully fitted kitchen/diner, lounge with original beams and fireplace with log burner effect fire, hallway with cloakroom, king bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. 

The views from the cottage are of the wonderful surrounding farm land.

The Barn also has a resident Barn owl, you may be lucky enough to spot it during your stay!

Accommodation is over two floors and has the versatility of sleeping 2,4  or 6 people. There are many original features within the property including English oak beams throughout the cottage which give it character, and the lounge has the original fireplace.

Ground Floor - reception hall, very spacious king bedroom with fitted wardrobes and vanity unit/stool and chair, spacious walk in shower room, well equipped kitchen with dining area and spacious lounge with two three seater sofas.

First Floor - very spacious king bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing table/stool and chair, twin bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower and bath.

Continue down the gravel drive to the Hall and through the gate, report to the Hall or Office as requested in your check in arrangements.
