Bedgebury Bed and Breakfast at Three Chimneys Farm is family run B&B on our working livestock farm set 1 mile off the road in a beautiful tranquil part of the Weald of Kent bordering onto Bedgebury Forest. Views, walks, wildlife, rural, peaceful and proper night time skies!!!

Separate guests entrance into private living/dining area with real wood burning stove, table and chairs, sofa and easy chair, fridge, microwave, toaster with tea/coffee facilities. Ground Floor king size double room with en-suite bathroom. First floor twin/double bedded room with private bathroom. Breakfast is now offered as a "help yourself" continental style including a choice of cereals and toast, fresh fruit and yoghurt and freshly cooked pastries. Please enquire with special requests. There will only ever be one set of guests staying at any one time.

Although we are very rural we are also within easy driving distance of the coast at Rye, Camber, Winchelsea, Hastings, Beachy Head or Dungeness. There are an abundance of National Trust properties surrounding us including Sissinghurst, Scotney Castle, Batemans, Chartwell, Ightham Mote and Bodiam Castle. Beautiful gardens including Great Dixter, Pashley Manor and Hole Park. If you are looking for a castle then Leeds or Dover Castle. The nearest train station with approximately 20 minutes drive with services to London only 1 hour to London Charing Cross.

Our guests' accommodation is within a separate "annexe" which adjoins our house with an inter-connecting door. Separate guests entrance leads into a living/sitting room with woodburning stove, sofa, easy chair with table and chairs. Small fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave with cutlery/crockery etc are located within this room.

Ground floor en-suite bedroom with comfortable king size bed.

There are two further bedrooms on the first floor with double or twin beds and a shower room on the landing between.

We are only accepting one party of guests at a time so the accommodation can be totally flexible to suit your needs.

Additional Directions Information

From the village of Goudhurst take the B2079 beside the pond signposted towards Bedgebury. After about 1.3 miles look for a sign for an "S" bend and on the first corner of the bend take a left hand turning signed "Bedgebury Estate". Following the drive down through the avenue of trees taking the right hand fork signed Three Chimneys Farm. Continue along the drive coming up the hill and after the first house on the left turn left, opposite the pond, into the farmyard and drive straight through to our house behind.
