This delightful barn conversion at Drewstone Farm and is named after its last farm use. We are sure you'll find it to be comfy and cosy and a great choice to enjoy all that the countryside has to offer.

The Woodcutters Cottage comfortably sleeps a total of four, including a cot with one double room and one twin room. Fitted with a modern bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Up and downstairs toilets.

The delightful kitchen offers views over rolling hills, where the morning sun has direct access through the large windows, looking out onto the spacious patio with garden furniture. Cosy lounge with extensive views through french doors leading down natural stone steps to a large enclosed lawn and ample parking.

Our detached barn conversion with striking character, benefits from an upstairs lounge and kitchen to really maximise the outstanding views.
The beautiful stone arches that comprise the windows in this property, were designed to allow cart horses headroom when moving carts and other horse drawn machinery in and out.

Drewstone Arches comfortably sleeps a total of 4 guests plus a cot, over one double bedroom and one twin room. Bath/shower room on the ground floor. The lounge with wood-burner (free logs inclusive) and exposed beams gives a cosy country feel to this family friendly accommodation with a television/DVD player for your enjoyment. The kitchen/diner is the perfect place to gather family or friends for meal times.

This cottage has direct access to an enclosed lawn for your privacy and enjoyment, where you can sit back to relax and allow the children to play.

Swallows Barn is one of our two brand new converted stone barns. It's a light, spacious property that provides a balance of original character including the beams and high ceilings.

On the ground floor is a very large and comfortable living room with a high apex ceiling and large windows to enjoy the views from. It also includes a leather suite around a woodburner and dining suite for evening meals.

From the living area is a door leading to a large paved terrace complete with patio furniture which offers spectacular views of the wooded valley at the front of the property.

Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom and bathroom perfect for those who find traversing stairs difficult.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms both with attractive beams and en suite facilities.

NB: Access to Swallow's barn is via a small step into the house, and a small step down onto the patio.
The downstairs bathroom has a bath, pedestal wash basin and toilet.
 

The Round House is one of our two brand new beautifully converted Stone Barns. It has been designed and renovated using high specifications for the 2019 season. The property is spacious, light and airy with much of it's original character remaining but with a modern style.

Within the property there is an attractive, furnished, living room with high apex ceiling and woodburner for the cold nights. The living room has french doors providing access to a large terrace that provides some breathtaking country views. The property also has two large bedrooms with feature beams and en suite facilities that have magnificent views from their windows of the surrounding countryside.
