We provide all the essential facilities on site to ensure for a relaxing and comfortable glamping experience. Just a short walk away from the Bunkhouse sits the brand-new shower block with individual wet rooms and underfloor heating, allowing you to freshen up in style. We are ideally situated to explore the beautiful Westmorland Dales: a hidden gem in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Step out your door and follow one of the many footpaths and cycling trails that take you up the fells, over the hills and through sleepy villages. Hike along the famous Coast to Coast footpath, The Westmorland Way, or Lady Anne’s Way. This area of Cumbria is a wonderful biking country, boasting both challenging and relaxing trails around our quiet country roads.
At the end of a long day exploring the sights and sounds of the Westmorland Dales, venture to our community village pub and sip on a delicious pint (or two!), before grabbing one of our homemade woodfired pizzas from our pop-up pizza café and dining alfresco in the large courtyard. We are situated in a designated Dark Skies area, providing ample opportunities for a spot of stargazing. We aim to preserve this as much as possible by providing low level solar lighting in the shower block and parking area only. This means that glampers will need to bring their own torches! Enjoy watching the sun go down and gazing in awe as the stars twinkle above you.
