The Old Dairy provides a magical space for groups of friends or families to share special time together, and is perfect for bridal parties of our many local wedding venues.

The stunning Old Dairy barn conversion comprises of 5 En-suite double rooms which open into 2 open plan Dining/ lounge areas wth kitchenettes equipped for basic catering. Separated by a sliding barn door, this flexible space allows for one enormous room or more private spaces if required.

We have carefully retained many of the buildings original features whilst providing modern comforts such as large picture windows, underfloor heating and electric showers. The décor reflects our Farm theme and include photos of our own farm animals.

Guests have exclusive use of the facilities and supervised visits around the farm to meet the animals can be arranged upon request.

The Old Dairy easily accomodates 10 adults and additional Z beds are available for Children (free if you provide your own bedding). 

Ample parking, Free Wifi, 2 well equipped kitchenettes and an outdoor seating/patio area,  

There is easy access to the A1, Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest, Belvoir castle, Burghley, Newark & Lincoln Showgrounds, Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Pheasantry Brewery, Hazel Gap Barn and the Cities of Lincoln, Nottingham and York

Access is on the A57, 2 miles from the A1 Markham Moor rounderbout.

From Markham moor, Go past the turnings for East Markham & Askham and we are on the right just before the Pheasantry Brewery.
