It was once the Groom’s flat and prior to that was a grain loft and has retained many of the original features of the loft.
The flat is entirely on the first floor, accessible by a short staircase and private entrance. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility.
The Garret has two double bedrooms with king beds, an open-plan kitchen, dining area, study area and lounge area with TV. It has a bathroom with a bath and shower and an additional separate loo. It also has a clothes washer and dryer.
The Garret has an outdoor area for BBQs and, of course, access to the paddocks and facilities at Manor Farm.
There is ample private parking in the farm yard.
We’re pet-friendly, of course. Guests can even bring their horses and stable them next to the accommodation.
Guests in the Garret share access to the various facilites at Manor Farm including the snooker room, table tennis room, gym and padocks.
