Oare Marshes near Faversham has a huge variety of indigenous and migrating birds at any time of the year.  These include redshank, lapwings and the rare bearded tit all of whom can be seen in beautiful surroundings.  Information boards indicate seasonal visitors to the area and dramatic views of the estuary are seen with walks, hides, nature trails and view points
