Stay at our peaceful 500-year-old Grade ll Listed farmhouse on an arable farm 6 miles west of Ipswich. We offer quality bed and breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere at our family home.
Two spacious guest bedrooms:- A Superking Double/Twin en-suite room in the farmhouse and a Twin/Superking Double en-suite room in a ground-floor stable conversion. The Stable is suitable for guests who find climbing stairs a problem. Both bedrooms have central heating, hot drinks tray, Wi-fi access and Freeview TV plus added luxuries such as toiletries, sweets and fresh flowers.
There is a guests' Sitting Room.. Breakfast is served in the dining room where you can enjoy an award-winning meal freshly cooked on the Aga with local Suffolk produce. Good food is available at many pubs and restaurants in the area.

The Stable Room is a converted building separate from the farmhouse with its own entrance. As it is a ground-floor room it is ideal for those guests who find climbing stairs a problem. It is very spacious with twin beds which can be zipped and linked to make a 6ft. double bed if you prefer. There is an en-suite shower and toilet, and Freeview TV, Wi-fi access, USB charge point, hot drinks tray, fridge and many other extras to make your stay more enjoyable. The door goes out onto a small patio with table and chairs, and then on to the side lawn and garden. There is a meadow behind the building where horses graze at most times of the year.

Car arrival: At the A12/ A14 interchange (Ipswich West, Junction 55 on A14) go towards Ipswich on the A1214, passing 'Toys R Us' and the Tesco roundabout. At the next set of traffic lights with the 'Holiday Inn' on the left-hand corner, turn left on the A1071 Hadleigh Road. Go 3 and a half miles to Hintlesham village, then carry on right through the village keeping on the A1071. The farm drive is half a mile further on towards Hadleigh, on the left at a sharp right-handed bend. It is well sign-posted and look out for the reflective 'Farmstay' sign.
