Year-round cosy camping pods for back-to-nature short breaks on a smallholding, nestled between the North Cornwall coast and Bodmin Moor.
Are you interested in a back-to-nature experience on a working smallholding set in the idyllic Cornish countryside? If so then this is the place for you! Come glamping at Higher Culloden Farm in Cornwall. Situated in the historic Cornish market town of Camelford just five minutes walk to the pub and with some of the best beaches in Cornwall a few miles away. Plus the legendary Bodmin Moor, Tintagel Castle and the famous Camel Trail just around the corner.
Each off-grid pod has a double bed that turns into a family dining space and two bench seats that convert to children's beds. There is room for a cot and plenty of storage space. It's all the best bits of camping but you don't need to bring a tent! Each pod also has it's own lockable bathroom in a facilities block, with toilet, shower and sink, so you don't have to carry your stuff back every time! There are also two kitchenettes with washing up facilities, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster and charging lockers for devices.
Come and join us in the morning for animal feeding and finding out about life on a smallholding. It's not just for kids! (But there is a young children's play area too.)
We are in the Bodmin Moor Dark Skies Park area and have a communal firebowl in its own field for cosy evenings and marshmallow challenges!
Although it's a BYOB (bring your own bedding) kind of place, there are various extras you can book to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable such as breakfast packs, early/late check in, firewood or camping equipment.
