Have a wonderful holiday in the beautiful Valency Valley near Boscastle.  Play in the games room, walk the farm nature trail and coastal paths or just read in the gardens.  Wi Fi internet access, free parking. 

Cargurra is an ideal place from which to explore North Cornwall.  Boscastle, Tintagel, Widemouth Bay and Bude all near with Launceston, Wadebridge and Padstow a bit further.

The games room has a pool table, table tennis, darts and shared web surfing computer, all with no charge. The games room also has a laundry room attached.  The large gardens have a gas BBQ provided.

Over Park is set in a  converted Victorian barn on a working beef farm. Over Park sleeps up to four guests and offers 'upside down' accommodation comprising of:

Ground floor with one twin and one double bedroom. There is also a family shower room with WC and wash basin.

First floor with open plan living. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering and there is a dining table with seating for four, plus comfy leather sofas set around the log burning stove (a reasonable supply of logs provided). A television and DVD / CD player are provide for guest entertainment.

Outside: The large gardens are equipped with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecues, making them ideal for outside dining, relaxing and playing with plenty of space for children to let off steam!

Additional information: Full central heating, bed linen, towels (please bring beach towels) and electricity are included in the price. Complimentary WiFi internet access. Ample off-road parking.

3 miles past Launceston, turn right onto A395 to Wadebridge.
Go 8 miles into Hallworthy (Hamlet), take second right onto B3262 to Bude.
Go 11/2 miles, turn right at T-junction onto A39 to Bude (More important road).
1/2 mile, turn left to Marshgate/Boscastle
Go 1 mile, turn left to Tresparrett (You pass Marshgate Shop on your left)
Go 11/2 miles (through Tresparrett)
When you have to give way, turn sharp left to St. Juliot Church.
(Ignore earlier St Juliot Church Sign)
Take first left (Signed Cargurra) after 300 yards.
Follow road over a cattle grid, through fields, over a second cattle grid:
Cargurra Cottage is on your left, about 70 yards after the second cattle grid
For Little Gurras, Over Park, Fox Park and Meadows, drive 200 yards past the second
cattle grid to find the car park first and then the cottages, both on your right.
