This ground floor apartment is attached to a 17th century farmhouse but has private access, garden and parking. Ideal for the less able with a low step leading into a tiled hallway. The spacious carpeted lounge/diner has a woodburner and night storage heating. The carpeted bedroom has a double and single bed and can accommodate a further small guest bed or cot with night storage heating. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over. The kitchen is fitted with all electrical appliances. The bathroom and kitchen both have a tiled floor. All bedding, towels and electricity are inclusive.
Terms & Conditions
Payment of rent: A deposit of 30% is payable on booking unless the holiday will commence within eight weeks of the date of booking, then the full amount will be due.
If a deposit has been paid the balance will be due eight weeks before commencement of your holiday.
Insurance: It is advisable to take out holiday insurance as the full cost of your holiday may be payable on cancellation if we are unable to re-let the property. All cancellations must be notified in writing. A charge of £20 will be made from the deposit on cancellation for administration costs.
Discounts: A discount of 5% may be allowed to applicants who wish to re-book a property they have rented during the previous eighteen months.
A 10% discount will be given to anyone booking within 2 weeks of the commencement of a holiday who present a Cornwall Pass.
Method of payment: Payments may be made by cheque and should be made payable to P.E. & M.L. RICHARDS. Credit or debit card payments can be made through Paypal for which there will be a 5% charge. Bank transfers can be arranged.
Tenant's obligations: To pay for any losses or damages to the property, caused by the tenant or a member of their party (reasonable wear and tear excluded) unless the cost of making good such loss or damage can be fully recovered under insurance.
To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy.
To permit the owners reasonable access to the property.
Not to part with possession of the property, or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form.
Not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description.
Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises.

Pulla Farm is on the outskirts of the tiny village of Frogpool which is within the triangle of Truro, Falmouth and Redruth.
Take the A.30 to Redruth/Scorrier. Take the slip road marked A3047 Falmouth/Scorrier/United Downs. Follow signs for United Downs. At roundabout take 1st left. Take next right B3298 for United Downs. Turn left at second crossroads through the hamlet of Crofthandy. Continue to United Downs and for a further mile in the Falmouth direction and you will find the farm on the righthand side of the road.
