Terms and Conditions
The contract entered is between the owners of Hawley Farm and the person making the booking.
The prices are in pound sterling per cottage per week, which includes electricity, heating, one basket of logs, bedlinen and towels (please bring your own beach towels).
Any payments can be made in the form of a cheque or bank transfer or Paypal.
A deposit of one third needs to paid to secure booking and that you have accepted the conditions. There may be a refundable deposit, returnable on leaving the cottage in good condition.
Once the booking is accepted, the balance of the cost is payable 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
If you cancel the booking then the deposit is not returned, every effort will be made to re-let and, if successful, will mean a refund of the money paid less the deposit. We recommend holiday insurance is taken out. If for any reason we have to cancel your booking due to any circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) or for what ever reason, we will refund the full amount, but will not be liable for any other expenses and costs what so ever.
Arrival and Departure
The accommodation is available from 5.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 9.30.am on the day of departure. Due to the extra work keeping you safe from COVID. If in the hopefully unlikely event that you are unable to travel home, due to illness. You agree to pay for the rest of your stay at the going rate and to cover our loss.
No smoking in the cottages.
Only well behaved dogs, max two, allowed in the Stables, Wagon and Cider Press House, there will be an extra cost charged for each. Dogs are not to be left unattended. Dogs are not allowed on beds or the furniture and must be on a lead when walking the fields. You must also pick up after your dog.
No liability is accepted by the owners for any personal injury or death to guests, or for loss or damage to their property. Any grievance must be dealt with while staying at Hawley Farm. We do not accept any complaints when you return home.
You are responsible for the cost of any damage or breakages and for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. No rebates will be given for mechanical failure of any kind and every effort will be made to effect repair.

The Cider Press sleeps 6 plus cots in kingsize en-suite and two king/superking/twins with family bathroom.
The Wagon House sleeps 4 plus cot in two superking/kingsize bedrooms en-suites.
The Stables sleeps up to six, two bedrooms, three bathrooms.

The Cider Press is an upsidedown house, very warm with underfloor heating spacious and comfortable with large leather suite.
Well equipped with utility room with an extra sink.
Kingsize bedroom with wet room, and two other bedrooms with family bathroom, these rooms are kingsize and super kingsize or can be made as twins.
All bedrooms have a TV/DVD.
A family with four children or for three couples making six in all , plus we have cots.
The Wagon House is very warm and comfortable with underfloor heating ana large leather suite.
Two bedrooms both en-suite one is super king size the other is kingsize or can be made as twins,
Good for two couples or a family with two children.
Sunny location, sitting out area with table and chairs.
Near coast and good for walking.
The Stables at Hawley farm are new for 2018. A high standard barn converstion.
Spacious and comfortable, two large bedrooms (one downstairs) with super king beds that will split into twin rooms. Both with en suites, also a famly bathroom. A large livingroom upstairs and a large kitchen downstairs with a range cooker. Underfloor heating with eco boiler. Sleeps up to six with the comfortable sofabed in living room upstairs.
TVs in bedrooms, sofa in kitchen and well equipped with a utility with sink.
Great views, very quiet away from road noise, only sounds of the country.
Close to many places of interest and the Jurassic Coast. Great for walking, sightseeing and relaxing.
Coming south on the M5 turn off at Taunton and head for the 303 going south to Exeter once on the 303 turn off left at Otter vale onto the Stockland Hill Road, past mast turn left at Hawley turn, then 2nd left to farm.
Coming from the A35 turn right at Shute cross, onto the Stockland Hill Road, turn right at the Hawley turn, then 2nd left to farm.
Coming from Exeter head to Honiton then onto the A35 to Axminster, once on the road turn left of at the bottom of Willmington up to Moorcox Cross turn left then right then 2nd left to farm.
Be aware that if using a satnav they may well take you to a neighbour with narrow access as we have the same post code. We have a sign at the bottom of our drive also the drive is all tarmac. Our address is Hawley Farm------not Little Hawley!
Bird and Animal Park - A lovely outing for all the family where you can see meerkats, chipmunks, kune kune pigs, a raccoon called RJ, wallabies, birds of prey and much more. There is a lovely play area and you can get refreshments too.+ Read More
