• The property hired is strictly on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain the accommodation exists for the hirer or any person allowed into the property by him. The hirer will be liable for any cost incurred as the result of delayed departure. • The cottage is let for a maximum of 5 persons, at any one time. • Arrival Time 17:00 hours Departure Time: Strictly 09:30 am (We are flexible on arrival time subject to consultation prior to arrival.) • Any booking made direct with the operator is traded as follows: £100.00 deposit on booking with the balance being payable 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Should booking be made within the 2 week period of start date then the full charge shall be paid immediately. Provisional telephone booking are held for 5 days to await arrival of your cheque. BACS payment can be accepted on request otherwise pay via our online booking system • If the booking is made within the 14 days of starting date of holiday then full payment is due then. • Any cancellation should be advised immediately and confirmed in writing within 3 days, where upon we will, without prejudice to our right to the balance in full, use our best endeavors to re-let. • It is strongly advised that guests arrange Holiday Insurance. A minimum of £48 is not refunded in the event of cancellation. The operator will do their utmost to try and secure other bookings if cancellation is made, however this cannot be guaranteed. • Strictly no pets. No Smoking in the cottage • Any breakage or damage is to be replaced or paid for in full. • Any breakage or damage is to be reported at the time of occurrence not on departure. • All payments must be made in Sterling drawn on a British Bank and made payable to Miss Meira Jones • £100.00 returnable key/towel bond payable on arrival • Please see our Conditions of use of the Hot Tub

Car parking is adjacent to the cottage on a gravel surfaced yard, with a slight slope onto a concrete path (940mm wide) that lead you to the entrance. Step of 90 mm, from the path into the cottage. Front door width is 830mm, leads onto a small hallway. The door to the left 720mm to the lounge that has a 3 seater and two seater suite. Remote controls for Smart t.v, video, dvd and hi fi unit. To the right, the door into the dining room is 730mm,(remote controlled combi tv/dvd player). The door leading from the dining room to the kitchen is 690mm wide. A low level oven, with downward opening door; also dishwasher and. All ground floor rooms are on the same level.
Staircase is 720mm wide with one banister rail; the staircase is a little steeper than the norm. At the top of the stairs there is one step of 150mm into bedroom one. Door width is 710mm.
To the left at the top of the stairs is the landing, off which is bedroom 2 on the same level, Door width is 710mm. The Bathroom is also on same level. Bathroom comprises of W.C., basin with cross head tap, bath with cross head tap. Bath height is 520mm. Walk in shower enclosure
Bedroom 3 is at the end of the landing and has 2 steps down into it. Step one 200mm onto 550 wide tread with a further step of 270mm onto bedroom floor. Door width is 600mm and the height is 1450mm
All beds have non feather pillows and duvets with pillow and mattress protectors. Beds are made up for your arrival. Personal towels are provided. PLEASE bring your own sports/beach towels.
Stair-gate, cot and high chair are available for those with toddlers.
Outside you will find a safe storage building, door width 840mm. Washing machine and tumble drier and freezer are situated here.
