Journey from Norwich Norwich to Acle A47 Acle to Filby A1064 Continue through Filby Village on the A1064 On leaving the village the Kings Head Public House is on your left at the cross roads. Continue on the A1064 towards Casiter on Sea. Browns Lane is the second turning on the right 1 mile from the Kings Head Public House. 1st Turning is Market Lane DO NOT TAKE. 2nd turning Browns Lane. Approach with caution as concealed turning. If you miss the turning you will approach a roundabout in 3/10 mile, continue around and back toward Filby our turning will now be 3/10 mile on your left. Lower Wood Farm Country Cottages sign is on your left as you turn in. Continue down Browns Lane for nearly 1 mile (speed limit 20 mph) passing through Upper Wood Farms. As you approach Lower Wood Farm Cape Cottage is on your left with private parking. Our main car park is also on your left as you approach the cottage complex. This is sign posted and you are requested to park as directed. Braeburn Barn guests please continue past the car park as directed to Braeburn Barn and you will be advised on car parking once you have unloaded your luggage.

Arrival Via Great Yarmouth: Great Yarmouth A12 or North A149.  Turn off the A149 onto the A1064 toward Acle and Filby at the roundabout. Leaving the roundabout Browns Lane is 3/10 mile on your left. Approach with care as the turning is concealed. As you turn our sign for LWFarm is on your left. Continue as marked (it is blue).
