Cosy, comfortable barn conversion with good wheelchair access.All the bed rooms are ensuite.Any start day, short breaks of min. 3 nights or longer.

Redundant barns have been made into a cottage with sunny patio. 3 large ensuite bedrooms, one on ground floor. All ground floor suitable for wheelchairs users, please phone me with your specific requirements as we can usually cope with most requests.. The kitchen is well equipped, you could even bake a cake! Bed linen, large bath towels and all fuels included in rent. Open all year, don't forget you can come for a winter short break for any lenght of stay, the views are fantastic with a frost and winter sun shine and the cottage is warm and snug. This is a cottage that is well designed with you in mind. There are 3 bedrooms ,upstairs there is 1 ensuite king sized double and 1 ensuite family room with a king sized double and single bed, and on the ground floor an ensuite wet room [ with the appropriate mobility aids] and twin beds .

The living area is open plan. There is a lovely long sycamore table for relaxed family meals, a well equipped kitchen with all the modern day aids. The living area looks onto a sunny patio and the farm yard with chickens wandering around who love to be fed!

Well mannered dogs and children most welcome but both must be accompanied when out on the farm.

There is a Games Barn across the yard with table tennis, skittle alley and pool table. A bike shed off your patio. And fantastic views all around you, to absorb the countryside.

All the ground floor has good wheel chair access, but please feel free to contact me with any special requirements you may need.

Additional Directions Information

Car arrival: Traveling from Hexham take the B 6306 towards Slaley and Blanchland. After about 4.5 miles you pass the Travelers Rest pub on the left, in the middle of nowhere!. After the pub we are the first turning to your right up there the first farm road to your right.
