Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages is a stunning group of award winning 5 Star and 4 Star barn conversions and cottages situated on a Pembrokeshire smallholding close to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and beaches.  Meadow Cottage is just one mile from the farm with glorious views over the coastal countryside, and situated adjacent to our own home.  Meadow as well as five of the cottages at Croft farm have use of luxury garden hot tubs - perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. 

Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages is located in the glorious coastal countryside of West Wales 3 miles from the historic, pretty market town of Cardigan on the banks of the Teify River.  The superb sandy beaches and pebbly bays of Cardigan Bay are just a short drive.  Poppit Sands, the nearest Blue Flag awarded beach is just over 4 miles away. The Pembrokeshire Costal National Park is world reknown for the stunning coastal path and views.

Unwind and enjoy the beautiful indoor leisure facilities including the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and small gym.  Why not pre-book a course of one on one swimming lessons, ideal if you are nervous of the water or simply want to gain more confidence.  The leisure suite also offers a pool table and a soft play area for younger children.

The big rustic play barn houses games for all ages from toddler ride-on vehicles to play houses, table football to air hockey and table tennis.

Beauty therapies and massages may be booked in your holiday cottage.

Croft House is a very popular holiday destination for groups and reunions of all ages -whether its for a milestone celebration or just families holidaying together. This holiday house is situated at Croft Farm in beautiful North Pembrokeshire just over 4 miles from the sandy beaches and pebbly bays of Cardigan Bay. Everyone can help feed the friendly animals including Eeyore & Jessie the donkeys, the kune kune pigs, our small flock of Jacob sheep, Billy & Dave and the pygmy goats, rabbits and guinea pigs. 

Once our family home this beautiful house sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms.  Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There are an additional 2 family bathrooms.  

On the ground floor the entrance hall leads both to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and to the large dining room, characterised by the wooden beams and floor and with french oak dining table and chairs. Here the bay window overlooks the decked garden which is a suntrap on finer days. The tables and chairs provide ample seating for al fresco dining. Adjacent is the luxury private Marquis hot tub boasting superior massaging body jets with ambient lighting for complete relaxation.

The fully equippped kitchen has an oil fired range for background warmth in cooler months and a dual fuel range for cooking. The appliances include dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, washing machine and tumble drier. 

Beyond the kitchen is a large bedroom with a tv and twin beds that can be zip locked by arrangement to make a superking size bed.  Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom.  This bedroom alone has access to the private conservatory.  This is the perfect room for those who would like a sense of space from the rest of the house. 

On the first floor there are two 'wings' to the house. Each wing has two bedrooms.  To the left at the top of the stairs is a double room with tv and en-suite shower room, as well as a twin bedroom with secret den, perfect for the children. 

The sitting room is to the right of the stairs.  Here there is a beautiful inglenook with Clearview log burning stove, a large TV and room for everyone to relax together.  Beyond the living room, along the corridor there's a family bathroom, a twin bedroom with beds can be zip-locked into a superking bed by arrangement and the master bedroom which has a kingsize bed, a tv and en-suite shower room.  

The luxury accommodation of Croft House, with the privacy of its own open-air hot tub, combined with access to all of the on-site facilities including the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, gym, indoor & outdoor play areas, soft play area & pool table and the big indoor rustic playbarn makes this a special place to gather all ages together for a holiday.

The Barn is a traditional stone and slate barn conversion with a garden hot tub. Restored carefully to retain the original beams, rough plastered walls and therefore oozing heaps of character combined with the comfort of a modern family friendly luxury holiday cottage.  

The Barn is a mostly ground floor cottage which has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7.  On the ground floor are 2 of the bedrooms:  The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite shower room.  There is also a family room with both a double and a single bed on the ground level, as well as the family bathroom. 

The cottage is entered through a front porch which opens into the main living room with comfy sofas and log burner for those cosy cooler evenings.  The dining area leads into the fully equipped kitchen. Follow the staircase and arrive in the loft bedroom with twin beds and a low ceiling.  Children love this room and many play hide n seek in this den. 


The Guests are encouraged to take part in the daily round of feeding the frienndly farm animals including the donkeys Jessie and Eeyore, the goats Dave and Billy as well as the kune kune pigs, the Jacob sheep, chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs.

The Barn families have full use of all of the facilities onsite including the luxury, heated indoor pool, the sauna, small gym, soft play, pool table, Big Play Barn with table tennis, air hockey, toddler ride-ons, play house and more.  There's an outdoor adventure playground and football area too :)

Talar Aur is a beautiful, detached 2 storey house sleeping 6 in 4 bedrooms with a private garden.  This home-from-home is situated on the main site at Croft Farm.

It is often lovingly referred to as 'the upside down house' as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor with the living areas on the first floor.

The house has a light and airy interior with patio doors leading onto a balcony and with glass partitioning between the living rooms.  On the first floor the sitting room has a log burner for cooler evenings, as well as a patio doors leading to the balcony overlooking the garden and farmland.  The dormer window has views towards the Preseli Hills.  The kitchen is open plan with the dining room from where you can see through to the sitting room.   There is also a toilet upstairs.

On the ground floor you enter the cottage through a porch into the hallway.  The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. The bedroom with twin beds has the flexibility of adapting to a zip-locked superking size bed.  There are 2 single bedrooms and also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Guests are encouraged to bring their families on the daily round of animal feeding and egg collecting. Help feed Jessie and Eeyore the donkeys, Dave and Billy the friendly goats and a host of others including kune kune pigs, sheep, chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs.

Talar Aur has full use of all the facilities on site including the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, small gym, Big Play Barn full of play equipment from table tennis and table football to toddler ride-ons and wendy houses. There is a pool table in the leisure building as well as soft play and comfy chairs for weary legs :)

The Cartwheel, sleeping 4, is a traditional stone and slate cottage and is beneath The Hayloft.  The large kitchen window is the only remaining indicator of its days as a home for the horse-drawn farm cart: A bygone era.  The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully light and opens both onto the garden and into the living room.  The cottage is fully ground floor - perfect for little ones taking their first steps and those who find stairs a challenge.

As with all the holiday cottages at Croft Farm this has been beautifully restored to create a luxury holiday home near the sea.  This cottage is ideal for families as it has one double bedroom and one with adult sized bunk beds.

Meadow Cottage is a beautifully furnished and refurbished stone and slate holiday cottage, just a mile from the main site at Croft farm and adjacent to the owners’ home. This lovely cottage is in a quiet location, with private garden and luxury hot tub looking out over the rolling countryside of North Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion with the mountains of Snowdonia and the Cardigan Bay sea in the distance.
The cottage is entered through a good sized porch, taking coats and boots and more! The porch leads into a corridor and into the cosy living room with leather sofas to sink into in front of the wood burner on a cool evening. The dining table takes pride of place in the bay window overlooking the garden and view. The living room leads through to the fully equipped kitchen which has a garden door opening onto the private decking and secluded luxury hot tub.
This delightful cottage makes a wonderful destination for a country getaway in all seasons and is a firm favourite with our guests. It is the ideal holiday cottage for those looking for a sense of space yet with access to all of the facilities at Croft Farm just a mile away. The Dairy, is a traditional Welsh stone and slate barn conversion, it was genuinely in here that once the dairy herd were milked!  Beautifully restored it is now a luxury, 5 star self-catering holiday cottage - very popular with families as well those whose children have flown the nest.  We keep this cottage free from pets.

The Dairy oozes original barn character with exposed, centuries-old beams and rough plastered walls.  There is a cosy log burner on a beautiful Wesh slate hearth, perfect for cooler evenings. The Stable is a traditional barn conversion and now is the perfect detached cottage for a family of 4, with 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the second bedroom has adult single sized bunk beds. Additional Directions Information

By Car:  Once at Cardigan travel south out of Cardigan on A487 towards Fishguard. Approximately 2 1/2 miles from the Cardigan roundabout there is a minor crossroads. Here take the first right, signposted to Moylgrove. Croft Farm reception and some of the cottages are in the first entrance on the right. The second entrance on the right leads to more cottages and the car park.

Fly: The nearest airport is Cardiff.  Cardiff is a 2 hour drive from the cottages. 

Bus and train: Travelling West from Cardiff and London the nearest drop off and station respectively is Carmarthen approx 50 minute drive from Croft.  Continuing to Haverfordwest which is closer will cost you more and take longer.  From the Midlands the nearest station is Aberystwyth approx 1 hour drive from Croft. We are on an hourly local bus service between Haverfordwest and Cardigan.

Ferry from Ireland: We are 40 minutes from the harbour at Goodwick near Fishguard.
