Tweed Hideaway is a contemporary larch clad lodge with a private log fired hot tub and spectacular views. Two bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 people with a contemporary design, with glass fronted windows along the front with doors from each bedroom.Perfect for honey moons or a special break. From the glass wall enjoy the view of the countryside towards the Cheviot Hills.  The glass windows and doors opening out onto the decking. The lodge has it's own log fired hot tub and patio area which is perfect for winding down at night or an early morning dip.

Plum Tree is a delightful cottage converted from a barn. It has comfortable Austrian sleigh beds with French windows which open out onto the decking where you can take in breathtaking views while dining alfresco or enjoying an evening drink while the sun goes down. On those chilly evenings, cosy up with the wonderful woodburner and biomass heating, making the cottages extra warm. 

Edmonston House is a standalone chalet style farmhouse with panoramic views. It is perfect for family gatherings, fishing parties, university reunions with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large garden for entertaining and activities such as badminton, croquet, boules and table tennis.

Relax in the beautiful surroundings on the organic farm by the Eden river with river walks, wild flower meadow, fishing and wildlife. If you fancy some sport, take advantage of our tennis court set in beautiful surroundings or take a cycle along quiet country roads.

A romantic little cottage for 2. It has a delightful beamed living room with a sumptuous pink Laura Ashley  sofa beside the wood burning stove and sky TV. French - windows lead out to the south facing decked garden with new bar b q and recliners.

Well equipped galley kitchen with dining table. Bath room with overhead shower. Spiral stairs wind through the wooden beams to the sunny bed room, with a king-size Austrian sleigh bed, french windows and small balcony. Enjoy the sun rising and huge starry skies and admire the beautiful views across rolling farmland to the Cheviot Hills on the horizon.

Edmonston House offers chalet-style farmhouse self catering accommodation near Kelso in the Scottish Borders with commanding views over the Eden and Tweed valleys to the Cheviot Hills in the south and over rolling farmland to Hume Castle perched on the horizon to the north. There is so much space in the garden and farm you don’t need to leave the place! It has 5 bed rooms. Situated on an organic farm with lovely walks from the door.

Tweed Hideaways is a two bedroomed lodge, sleeping up to 4 people, located next to a oak wood. Set in a quiet location, on an organic farm with panoramic views.

A contemporary design, with glass fronted windows along the front with doors from each bedroom. The open plan living area with wood burner and flat screen TV provides a comfortable area to relax and enjoy the view of the countryside towards the Cheviot Hills. The bathroom and bedrooms are located off the living area and both bedrooms benefit from the glass windows and doors opening out onto the decking. The lodge has it's own log fired hot tub, summer house and patio area which is perfect for winding down at night or an early morning dip. Enjoy the riverside walks, visit Kelso or play tennis down at the farm.

Plum Braes Barn is signposted in Ednam and is just 1/2 mile from Ednam B6461 and also on the Berwick-Coldstream - Kelso road. A698. There is a bus stop in Ednam. Edmondston House is 1/4 mile along from Plum Braes Barn.
Kelso - 3 miles - there is a convenient path all the way from Kelso to Plum Braes Barn.

Edinburgh - one hours drive, 40 miles. 1 3/4 hours by bus.

Edinburgh airport - 1 1/4 hours drive.

Tweedbank train station - 25 minutes drive, 12 miles

Berwick train station - 35 minutes drive, 20 miles, Buses Berwick to Ednam.

Newcastle airport - 11/2 hours drive.

London - Train is really handy - just 3 1/2 hours to Berwick-upon-Tweed. Hire a car or taxi from the station.

London - fly to Edinburgh - 1 hour. Taxi to the Edinburgh apartments, tram, or bus. Just 20 minutes. Taxi works out the same rate if there are 4 people.
