We have 2 newly appointed studio apartments on the first floor, each sleeping 2 plus a cot (twin/superking). Each has a shower room and kitchen diner as well as the large studio bed/sitting room. Separate entrance for guests. Location is on a mixed farm, easy access to the main A143. Lots of parking very close to the property, use of fabulous garden and furniture. Dogs accepted. Lovely walking straight from the door. Easy access Norwich and the coast.

Light and spacious apartments facing south and west, or east with superb views over the surrounding countryside. Zip and link beds, modern TV, DVD, radio. Seating area with sofa and armchair, coffee table. Shower room with large walk in shower. Kitchen/diner with breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer. gas cooker and wide range of kitchen equipment.

Please note all accommodation is on the first floor, up a good wide Victorian staircase. There is a step down into the kitchen/ diner from the studio room.

The entrance door is up two steps from a graveled car park. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of room to get around the bed/s. The showers are both of the "walk-in" type. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools to sit at in the kitchen area.

The farm is farmed with great consideration to the wildlife and there are some fabulous walks. We won the "British Pig Farmer of the Year 2014" award and have been well renowned for our home produced sausages and bacon in our previous life as a B&B, these are available for guests to sample.

Our outdoor pig herd, of which we are very proud, is high welfare, coming up to the strictest standards for RSPCA Freedom food approval. Trips round the pigs can often be arranged.  However the pigs are kept well away from the house.

We have a lot of local knowledge and can offer guests walking books, maps, suggestions for days out and insider information about the best places to eat.

The house has full central heating (from a large multi-fuel boiler), modern double glazing and is warm and comfortable. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge.
