Black Cottage is a charming, secluded self-catering cottage which sleeps four in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Garden, lovely views and walks on 650 acre arable and woodland farm within easy reach of Brighton and many famous Sussex, Kent and Surrey gardens. Visit us in April and May to see the bluebells. Normal changeover is on Saturday but some flexibility for short breaks.

The cottages will be unlocked and ready for you.We will come and welcome you and explain the area. Please arrive after 15.00. but let us know if you will be arriving after 18.00. Please leave by 10.00 am. All cottages will have beds made and towels , cleaning products, washing powder and all kitchen and bathroom essentials provided..

Old Dairy is an attractive farmyard cottage, adjacent to Little Barn, converted from Victorian farm buildings in 2000. It has its own fenced garden and lovely views. 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, a large and spacious open-plan living /dining room and separate kitchen.With Sky TV and WiFi. Normal arrival day is Saturday but flexible for short breaks. There are lovely walks on the farm, especially in the Spring.
Little Barn is an attractive farmyard cottage, adjacent to Old Dairy , converted from Victorian farm buildings in 2000. It has its own fenced garden and lovely views. 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, a large and spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, attractive accommodation with Sky TV and WiFi. Normal arrival day is Saturday but flexible for short breaks. There are lovely walks on the farm, especially in the Spring.
