Mercaston Hall farmhouse bed and breakfast is situated in the rural hamlet of Mercaston, halfway between Derby and Ashbourne. We are an ideal base for visits and walks in the Peak District, very many tourist attractions and stately homes.

We are a small, sixty acre, mainly sheep farm but also have pigs, hens and ducks. You may see herons, buzzards and a large variety of garden birds, wild animals and there are well stocked carp ponds with various ducks and sometimes geese.

We have a hard tennis court for your use.

The Old Milking Parlour provides an attractive beamed function/party room.   We also have hard standing which can accommodate a marquee.
