Granary is an extremely spacious 5 star apartment occupying the entire first floor of the Coach House and sleeping up to eight people. It has two large family bedrooms, one ensuite, each with a double and two single beds. The conversion has retained the 19th century Coach House clock workings along with the winch mechanism which lifted sacks of corn. There is a lovely large living space with plenty of room for socialising.
The Granary has space for up to 24 people to dine together, and this makes the Coach House a great choice for groups who enjoy exclusive use of the building when booking all three apartments.
Families are very welcome and we can provide cots and highchairs.
Whether you book one apartment or three, the Granary makes a great base for exploring the Hall grounds, the farm and the Lincolnshire coast and countryside.

From the Midlands, West and South
From the A46, or following the A1 north to near Newark where you turn onto the A46, proceed towards Lincoln. Follow the A46 bypass around Lincoln, but keep straight on where the A46 turns left to Grimsby and turn left at the next roundabout on the A158. After about 10 miles turn left in Wragby onto the A157 and continue towards Louth. As you approach Louth, turn right at the T junction and then left at the roundabout onto the A16. Turn right at the next roundabout onto North Holme Road, signed towards the Riverhead Theatre.
Then follow directions from North Holme Road (below).
From the North and North-West
Either from the Humber Bridge or the M180 follow the signs to Humberside Airport on the A18. Continue past the airport and remain on the A18 until you meet the A16 where you turn right (south) towards Louth. As you approach Louth, you proceed over the first roundabout, and take the first exit (half left) off the second roundabout onto North Holme Road, signed towards the Riverhead Theatre.
Then follow directions from North Holme Road (below).
From Norfolk and East Anglia
Travel North on the A16 from Boston and continue along the A16 at the first roundabout around the Louth bypass. At the third roundabout, where the A16 turns half left to Grimsby, turn right onto North Holme Road, signed towards the Riverhead Theatre.
Then follow directions from North Holme Road (below).
From North Holme Road to the Coach House
Continue along North Holme Road, past Cordeaux School on your right and, where the road bends to the right, turn left into Keddington Road. After about 300 yards, turn left at the crossroads into Brackenborough Road.
