A beautifully converted oasthouse positioned in its own half acre plot at the heart of the farmstead on a 500 acre working sheep farm. Enjoy spacious, stylish living in a unique piece of architecture with many original features from the oasthouse's hop drying days.

The 3-roundel Oast is ideal for groups of friends and families with 5 spacious bedrooms and a large open plan living and dining spaces, with central woodburning stove.  A small gated garden and the adjacent larger lawn area ideal for ball games, extend into the fields of sheep with fantastic views stretching across across both sides of the Brede Valley, near Rye.

Attention to detail on the oast's restoration was led by painstaking craftmanship, exposing original timbers and brickwork. There are also features of when the oast was a working farm building including hop pockets, scuppets and hoists. The high spec finishes and furnishings complete this wonderful self catering holiday home, often playing host to a milestone birthday, annivesary or reunion. It's not a party house, however is a unique find that is enjoyed by friends and family wanting to get together for a special, relaxed time away.

Just 6 miles from the ancient town of Rye and less than 8 miles from Battle, Tenterden and the sandy Sussex beaches. And the local pub (wuth good food and beer), is just a 15 minute walk from the farm.
