Leanach Farm Cottage is a cosy newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage. It backs onto farmyard with lovely views from the front and garden of open countryside. Up to 2dogs welcome free of charge.

Leanach Farm Cottage has 2 bedrooms with super king beds which convert into single beds. There is 1attic bedroom up a steep stairs . This bedroom has fantastic views over the open countryside.Downstairs there is a further bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room and sitting room with wood burning stove. There is electric heating throughout cottage. Both bedrooms and sitting room have Smart TV's where you can sign in to your own netflix accounts. Free Wifi throughout. The cottage is cosy and very well equipped. There is a barbecue with firepit supplied with enough charcoal for a day. Wood is also supplied for wood burning stove for 1st day. We can sell you more charcoal and firewood if you wish. Stay with us it may be possible to have a sheepdog demonstration free of charge though this must be booked prior to arrival.

Newly renovated 2 bedroomed cottage in Culloden Moor near Inverness. Wood burning stove in sittingroom and newly installed electric heating throughout. Free Wifi. Both bedrooms have superking beds which can be changed to single beds if preferred. Smart TV' s in bedrooms and sittingroom. Firewood supplied for a couple of days and thereafter can be bought from us if required. Well equipped cottage with washing machine , fridge freezer, dishwasher,cooking hob and oven as well as slow cooker.

Outside there is a sitting area on patio with firepit/barbecue. Fabulous views from garden off the surrounding countryside. There is also a garden shed for extra storage of bikes etc. Garden is secure for dogs or children.

Cottage not ideal for children under 5 as stairs to 2nd bedroom is very steep.

The Culloden Moor Inn is a 5 minute walk away and serves food every day from 12 noon to 9pm.

Up to 2 dogs welcome .

Staying at Leanach you can request a sheepdog demonstration free of charge but it is advisable to book this in advance.

From North Travelling on A9 towards Inverness; go over the Kessock Bridge and at the roundabout take 2nd exit for Perth. Take the 2nd exit off the A9 for Culloden Battlefield. Go up to traffic lights and turn right. Go on for 4 miles passing Culloden Battlefield. Turn right at Culloden Moor Inn just past Battlefield. Go straight through the next crossroads. Leanach is a mile down on right hand side below farm building.

From South Travelling on A9 northwards turn right along B851 for Croy at Daviot, which is almost 7 miles south of Inverness. Go along B851 for 3 miles and turn right at crossroads. We are a mile on right below farm building.

From East Coming along A96 towards Inverness you want to turn left for Balloch 3 miles before you reach Inverness. Once off the A96 take 3rd road on left for Balloch and Culloden Battlefield. Go on for 2 miles to X roads. Go straight through 2 X roads. We are 1/4 mile down on right below farm buildings.
