The Granary Barn is a magnificent and lovingly converted period barn with original exposed beams and brickwork. It has a huge open plan living area and kitchen making a wonderful space for large groups of friends & extended families to holiday together.
In the summer the large doors can be opened to enjoy its secluded private garden and far reaching views across the River Avon and in the winter there is a large roaring log burner to keep everyone toasty. The barn has direct access onto the farmyard, the Avon Valley footpath and 230 acres of private farmland.
The Granary Barn can sleep 16-18 people. It has two double bedrooms, four twin bedded rooms, plus the gallery can be set up as two more twin bedded rooms giving eight bedrooms in all. In the living area there is a good quality double sofa bed. There are 6 bathrooms, including a wet room which is fully wheelchair accessible.
The 50ft x 22ft living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for preparing feasts for large numbers of people. There are 2 dishwashers, 2 cookers, 2 washing machines and 2 large fridges and a freezer. The dining table can be extended to seat any number from 18 to 48 people making it perfect to share meals together. In the living area there are 5 large sofas, a widescreen TV, freeview, DVD player, I:Pod docking stations and a log burner. There is free WiFi throughout the barn. Outside there is a secure private garden overlooking the Avon Valley, with a BBQ area and outdoor tables and chairs for 50+ people.
Bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, bathmats, electricity, central heating & logs are included in the price. There is parking for 20+ cars outside the barn.
