Experience true luxury on our 260 acre farm, with your own large garden and rare breed hens to look after. As you're a stone's throw from our wood, you'll go to sleep listening to the hoots of the owls. We won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. The local pub a ten minute walk away across our fields has been rated among the top 10% globally to eat. Great walks /cycles, beaches 30 mins, Exeter 25 mins, attractions including wildlife park, theme park, family attractions and national trust properties all within 30 mins.

As you'll be staying on a working farm, our dairy cows and pet chickens and geese will be your only neighbours. We also provide cow and calf tours for those interested, in addition to a trip around our beehives. There's plenty to do outdoors and on rainy days there's a TV, wifi and games box

The Grange has five large bedrooms and The Deer Den has four large bedrooms. This give guests more flexibility over bed configuration as beds are made up on a bespoke basis for every guest upon booking as either superkings /two singles in each. All bedding is high quality 400 thread Egyptian cotton, with plump pillows and thick towels provided for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with good quality kitchenware.

We have lots of wildlife on the farm - we regularly spot deer, rabbits, foxes, kite and buzzards, among many others. If you spot something during your stay, please share it in our 'spotters book'. The pictures around the house are all taken by us around the farm and show some of the amazing wildlife on the doorstep.

You'll be able to do lots of stargazing too as there's no light pollution so lie back and enjoy the view.

We're child and dog friendly (max 2 dogs) but no puppies under 1 year old please. As we're a working farm dogs must be kept under control, with no pets left inside alone at any time.

We'll provide you with plenty of logs and kindling for your stay and if you need more please ask. We also sell our delicious farm produced honey and beeswax candles, which make great gifts and souvenirs. 

Both country homes are ideal for celebrating your special occasion with us. We've had many family and friend get togethers there in addition to birthday and anniversary celebrations. We've also had couples coming with their family and friends to spend their wedding weekend with us - the surroundings make the ideal backdrop for fantastic photos.

We're committed to being as environmentally friendly as possible and both houses are very eco-friendly. Our heated swimming pool offers guests the height of luxury at The Grange and yet it is zero carbon. On our farm we've also planted well over 10,000 trees, in addition to a native species orchard and a butterfly wood. Next year we hope to be part of a solar project locally which would see a renewable energy installation at the farm powering lots of homes, doing our bit to help the UK to address climate change.

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Situated up a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill.

The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm with opportunities to visit our herd and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives. Arrange with us to have several 'farm experiences' while you're here - visiting our herd and seeing first hand how milk is produced, feeding our calves and seeing our honeybees. On a clear day it's also possible to see the rugged beauty of Dartmoor 40 miles or so in the distance across the fields.

Decorated tastefully throughout, there's a range of spaces for you to relax and enjoy during your stay. Dine under the antler lights at the huge farmhouse table in the beautiful rich red dining room, or relax on one of the leather Chesterfield sofas in the dark green snug and read one of the many books available in the house. Alternatively, take in the views from the sun-lounge, decking area or take a dip in the outstanding 34 ft enclosed heated swimming pool for your private use, which is heated all year round. There's also a firepit for you to cook up a feast on in the garden while you watch one of the many beautiful sunsets visible from The Grange.

The kitchen also provides a great place for cooking or enjoying time together. Spacious with a large island in the centre, in addition to stunning granite worktops and ample cupboards. The house is also equipped with an electric range cooker, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a washing machine. All the appliances are brand new. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware.

Additionally, there is a bathroom with freestanding bath and shower, as well as an additional shower downstairs. There are 2 separate toilets.

All five bedrooms have superking beds (these can be changed to singles on request), with high quality 400 thread count bedding, plump pillows and fluffy towels provided for your stay.

You're renting the house and garden area including the pool. There is lots of car parking space in the yard at the front of the house. We ask that guests do not enter the barns as it is a working farm and the nearby red brick buildings are old or part of the farm.

Guests should be aware that there will be sights and smells usually found on a farm.

It is possible to rent this property alongside our other holiday property 'The Deer Den', sleeps 8, which shares the private lane though is several hundred metres away from The Grange (sleeps 8, also on Airbnb).

Please request a high chair or travel cot when booking if you need one.

As we're a working farm and you'll be responsible for making fires, we ask that all guests sign a disclaimer before they come.

We'll provide you with plenty of logs and kindling for your stay.

The Deer Den is a lovely wooden retreat kitted out to a high spec to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. With a large wood fired hot tub ideal for starry nights. 

Beds in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 give guests more flexibility over bed configuration - please advise on bed preferences for number of superkings /singles when booking. There is also a ground floor double bedroom adjacent to the downstairs walk in shower room which is ideal for those with reduced mobility. All bedding is high quality 400 thread Egyptian cotton, with plump pillows and thick towels provided for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with good quality kitchenware.

The luxury country home has underfloor heating, an induction electric range stove for cooking large family feasts, along with a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. There are also 3 bathrooms, including a main bedroom ensuite, all equipped with either a shower or luxurious slipper bath, as well as an outdoor shower on the large decking area so you can take in the scenery and enjoy the unique experience. The property has a large, fenced garden, making it perfect for furry friends.

The log store is fully stocked for your stay and if you should need more please ask.

There's plenty of parking in your own large private parking area next to the house, with ample room for approximately 5 cars in the Deer Den's driveway and 8 cars at The Grange.

The M5 is 15 minutes away and there's a good network of country roads here. There is also a railway station at Feniton 3 miles away and a large station at Tiverton Parkway 20 minutes away. You can be in the centre of London in a couple of hours by superfast train and Bristol in less than one hour.

All major supermarkets deliver here in addition to other local suppliers.
