50 acres of quintessentially English countryside adorned with woodlands and waterfalls. Seven exquisite properties sit inside the gated estate of Pudleston Court near Leominster, ready for guests to stay!

Pudleston Court is a 50 acre estate set in the northern corner of Herefordshire near to the border of Shropshire and Worcestershire. The border to Wales is a mere 30 minute drive away. Pudleston Court hosts 7 holiday lets of which there is 9 booking possibilities. The holiday lets range from historical retreats for couples in our gatehouses at the forefront of the estate, family holidays in our cottages and superior breaks in our private pool properties.

If you want to disconnect from the world and focus on yourself and your wellbeing, there is no better place than Pudleston Court. Set in the 50 acre estate guests are welcome to wander through the ancient woodlands, and watch the waters flow through the falls through out the wetter seasons. Pudleston Court lays host to 7 spectacular properties.

Our gatehouses named Adam and Eve are the original historical gated entrance houses to the main Pudleston Court itself, the perfect place to escape the bustle of every day life and the working estate.

In the upper part of the estate Pudleston Court features both historical and modern properties. The Gaggles and Butlers Cottage are also part of the original estate buildings. Butlers Cottage being extended from its original small cottage for the Butler to now manage families of up to 8. The Gaggles is a renovated Chauffeur's cottage with goose house barn attached meaning families up to 8 can enjoy a large area to dine and socialise. Lastly in the original Estate buildings, Gardeners Cottage is the only bungalow on the estate which at one point in history housed the nurses linked with Pudleston Court being a convalescent home, now Gardeners Cottage can welcome families of 4 in through its doors. 

The 5 properties named above each have thier own leisure facilties in the garden and also have access to the bookable spa pool with steam room and sauna:

Butlers Cottage, Adam Lodge and Eve Lodge: Private Hot Tub and Private Barrel Sauna

The Gaggles and Butler Cottage: Private Hot tub

Pudleston Court Upper Estate also has 2 superior new builds of 2020 named The Barn and Poachers Barn. The Barn is built on the land which used to house the estate piggery and Poachers Barn is built where the old workshop once stood. Now The Barn can welcome guests (up to 12) into its accomodation with private heated pool through out the year. Similarly Poachers Barn can now welcome up to 6 guests to enjoy the all ensuite bedroom accomodation, with a private swimming pool.

Gaggles benefits by having two downstairs bedrooms, a vast super king with ensuite and a SK/twin room. the downstairs is also equipped with a WC/shower room.

Upstairs sites two extra bedrooms, one of which is a SK/twin. As well as having a family bathroom.

The garden is secure with both stoned walls and fencing. Secluded within the garden area is a 6 person hot tub.

A delightful former butler’s cottage set within the grounds of the stunning Pudleston Court estate.  This very attractive brick cottage has a secluded leisure area in the enclosed rear garden, and the front of the property overlooks a delightful small pond and woodland.

The ground floor accommodation consists of a superb fitted kitchen with island unit and opening out into a lovely private conservatory/dining area. The lounge contains a large comfy leather sofa perfect for settling down in front of the cosy wood burner and smart TV.

red Gables has 4 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite and one with a dedicated bathroom next door. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have zip link beds giving you more flexibility with the room layouts.

The external garden overlooking the open countryside has a lovely secluded decking area with barrel sauna and large hot tub, there is a garden seating area and a BBQ for some fab alfresco dining.

North Lodge is one of a pair of delightful Grade 2 listed sandstone gatehouse lodges. These original gatehouse lodges with stunning views of the beautiful lake are named after two of the oldest oak trees in Herefordshire, one of which is still visible from the lodges.

North lodge sleeps two upstairs, although can be made to sleep four using the fold down bed in the downstairs living area. An en-suite is situated upstairs with a shower room downstairs. In each lodge the downstairs is open-plan and therefore the double fold-away bed is not private.

North lodge is a spectacular property for couples seeking a private break away, with it being nestled at the bottom of our estate.

The lodge is fitted to a high standard and has its own private garden complete with sauna, hot tub a fire pit and BBQ.

With two ensuite Kings downstairs and one King with the added usage of  a vast WC/wetroom. You’re almost spoilt for choice right away.

The natural wooden staircase leads to 2 extra ensuite bedrooms, one SK/twin and one King. The third room upstairs boasts with space and features a large ensuite bathroom with rolled top bath.

Rosehaven also has its own private swimming pool heated between 26-28degree Celsius, with glorious panoramic views of the secluded garden. The changing facilities are stocked with extra towels.

The gazebo area contains a dining set for 12 people along with a gas BBQ for tranquil alfresco dining.

Meadow View is a newly built, luxury house with private pool situated on the idyllic, 50 acre estate of Pudleston Court. This house has been designed to offer the ultimate guest comforts and can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite and a bathroom with shower downstairs. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area are with rustic farmhouse flags, large leather sofa, tweed arm chairs and oak furniture. The bespoke kitchen boasts an integrated Smeg combi microwave/oven and Smeg single integrated oven as well as integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The outside space includes seating for 6 guests, a gas BBQ and loungers on the decking.

Meadow View has an exclusive, private indoor heated pool next door to the house. The pool is 8m x 4m and 1.4m deep, there is a dedicated changing room within the pool building as well as a w/c. We provide pool towels and adult dressing gowns so you have extra room to pack more important things. The pool is heated between 26-28degree Celsius.

The ground floors are open plan with WC and shower cubicle and utility with washing machine and dryer.

The external gardens overlooks the bottom of the estate and the lake. Nestled into the corner of each garden is a sheltered decking with barrel sauna and hot tub. The gardens are mostly grassed and fully enclosed so any dogs can roam freely.

Additional Directions Information

Pudleston Court can be found easily off the A44 from Leominster. The signpost to Pudleston is on the bend prior to reaching Steensbridge. When coming onto the lane the road will continue through fair mile and then bend uphill to the left. On the brow of the hill Pudleston Court can be viewed on the left. Guests staying in the lodges can access the estate through the main gates. At this time guests in the cottages need to drive past the main gates, turn left at the church, 3/4 mile up the road is the entrance to the rear driveway on the left.
