Nestled in a peaceful corner of our working family farm, Tranwell Farm Holidays is a place where you can slow down, switch off and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by woodland, open farmland and the rolling landscapes of Northumberland, our collection of woodland lodges, glamping pods and shepherd's hut provide the perfect base for exploring one of England's most beautiful counties.

Our accommodation has been thoughtfully designed for guests who value simple comforts, peaceful surroundings and authentic countryside experiences. Here, the view from your window is more important than what's on the television, mornings begin with birdsong and spectacular sunrises, and evenings are spent beside a fire watching the stars appear overhead.

Choose from our two Scandinavian-inspired woodland lodges, Ash Lodge and Oak Lodge, each sleeping up to four guests with cosy open-plan living spaces, wood-burning stoves, enclosed dog-friendly gardens and optional log-fired hot tubs. Perfect for couples, families and dog owners, they offer privacy, comfort and direct access to our walking trails and nature reserve.

For those who love the experience of camping with a little extra comfort, our camping pods are a wonderful way to immerse yourself in the countryside. Rosie and Hawthorn offer cosy, insulated spaces that combine the simplicity of outdoor living with the comforts of a proper bed, log burning stoves, outdoor seating and a fire pit.

If you're searching for something a little different, Poppy our en-suite shephderds hut and makes the perfect retreat for couples.  It is an ideal place to enjoy slower mornings, quiet evenings and everything that makes farm life so special.

Designed for guests who love nature and the outdoors, each lodge offers a cosy retreat surrounded by woodland and open farmland. Wake to birdsong, watch the sunrise through the trees and keep an eye out for deer, hares and even the occasional barn owl from your own private garden.

Sleeping up to four guests, each lodge has two comfortable bedrooms, an open-plan living space with a wood-burning stove, well-equipped kitchen and a fully enclosed dog-friendly garden with a fire pit and BBQ. An optional log-fired hot tub is also available for those who fancy an evening soaking beneath the stars.

Ash Lodge is a cosy Scandinavian-inspired woodland lodge set within our family farm, offering a peaceful escape surrounded by trees, open fields and the beautiful landscapes of Northumberland.

Created for those who appreciate nature, simple comforts and a slower pace of life, the lodge sleeps up to four guests and provides a warm and welcoming base for exploring the area. Inside you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, an open-plan living space with a log-burning stove and oven, a fully equipped kitchen and French doors opening onto your own private enclosed garden.

Step outside and you'll find a fire pit with BBQ grill, comfortable outdoor space and a gate leading straight into our dog walking field and farm nature trails. Keep your eyes open for visiting wildlife — from birds and butterflies to hares, deer and the occasional barn owl.

After a day discovering Northumberland's coastline, castles and countryside, return to the warmth of the fire, enjoy an evening under the stars or add a private log-fired hot tub for the ultimate way to relax.
