The tastefully decorated cottage has 3 large bedrooms with 1 on the ground floor with an ensuite wetroom suitable for wheelchairs. There is a seperate kitchen and lounge that opens up to a large patio area. The cottage is situated on the edge of our small working farm in an area of natural outstanding beauty.

TODSWORTHY FARM TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
WE HAVE A NO SMOKING POLICY IN OUR COTTAGES
We do allow pets at an extra charge of £20 a pet per week but only by prior arrangement and must be booked previously.
There is a small charge of £20 for the hire of the Shower Chair and/or Mobile Hoist.
We are happy to hold a telephone or email reservation for 7 working days. If the deposit does not arrive in this time this will be seen as a cancellation.
The property will be ready from 4p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask you to please vacate the property by 10 a.m on the morning of departure. The owners reserve a right to enter from 10.15a.m to commence cleaning if the property is still occupied.
Bookings will only be accepted on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost.
The balance is payable in full 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. It is a condition of acceptance of your booking that the whole charge is payable whatever the circumstances of your cancellation. We strongly advise you take holiday cancellation insurance when booking, details enclosed with your booking confirmation. If your reason for cancellation is not covered by the policy you will be liable for the balance. We will do everything we can to re-let the property in which case we will retain the deposit to recover costs.
Please report breakages and damages immediately and you will be liable for replacement or repair.
The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition, as you found it, at the end of your stay.
We reserve the right to request a damage / cleaning deposit of £75 on booking.
The owners reserve the right to refuse any bookings or cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums already paid without any further liability on our behalf.
The owners reserve the right to terminate your stay if you or members of your party are believed to be causing a nuisance to other guests or are not treating the property with due respect.
The owners shall not be liable to you or any members of your party for any loss or damage to you or your property however caused.
The owners reserve a right to enter the property during your stay.
Any warnings about feeding animals must be taken with utmost respect as they are for the safety of your children.

The historic town of Tavistock is only 5 miles away with the beautiful Dartmoor National Park a short distance away. We are quater of a mile from the little branchline railway station of Gunnislake which supports a very scenic train that runs to Plymouth and back several times a day. Here many days can be spent exploring the maritime city.
We are joining many footpaths that lead throungh the AONB area that we live. The North and South coast beaches are all less than an hour away with the closest dog friendly beach only 20 minutes.

car arrival: From M5 jct 31 Exit on to A30 and continue until A386 Tavistock turning. Head towards Tavistock (Very scenic across Dartmoor). At Tavistock take A390 towards Gunnislake and Liskeard. Through Gunnislake all the way up the hill past the petrol garage and school turn left towards Honicombe Harrowbarrow, there is a small hairdresser shop on corner (Blades). Follow the road only for 40 yards take left turn down a lane. Todsworthy Farm Cottages are down bottom on right hand side. Todsworthy Farm (where we live) is next property down the road on the left.
