The Company Trendrean Farm Barns
The Client means, in addition to the person completing the Booking Form,all other persons on whose behalf he/she is completing the same and he/she warrants that he/she has their authority to sign on their behalf.
Bookings can only be accepted by persons over 18 years of age and by paying the deposit the Client acknowledges that he or she agrees to the Booking Conditions.
Payment may be made by direct transfer, cheque drawn on a UK bank, or by cash. Cheques should be made payable to Trendrean Farm Barns. Properties may be held provisionally for at least 3 working days. If the deposit of one third of the total rent is not received within this period, the booking will be cancelled. The outstanding balance of the rent is due 4 weeks before arrival. In the event of non-payment on the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the holiday and the booking deposit is forfeited. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the date of arrival must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, any outstanding balance of rent will be payable at the end of the period booked. We will do our best to obtain a replacement booking and if we succeed we will return all monies received less any costs incurred in reletting. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
5 Non-Availability of Property
If for any reason beyond our control, for example fire damage, the property is not available on the date booked, all monies will be refunded in full, but we will not be liable for any further claims.
The tenant is responsible for the care of the property and its contents during the period of tenancy. Any damage or breakages must be paid for and the property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. A charge will be made for exceptional cleaning.
We shall not be liable to pay you or any member of your party for any injury, loss or damage to your property or person, however caused.
8 Arrivals and Departure
The property is available for occupation from 3 pm on the first day of your holiday and must be vacated by 10 am on the last day.
9 Pets or Animals
As this is a working farm with livestock we are unable to allow pets or animals on the property.
Excepting infants less than 2 years, the total number staying will not exceed the number of beds indicated for that property in the accommodation details.
If the conduct of any member of the party is prejudicial to the well being either of other visitors or the property then we may repossess the property and refund money in respect of the remaining portion of hire.
A NO SMOKING Policy is in force throughout the farm and cottages.

Take M5 to Exeter, then A30 bypassing Okehampton, Launceston and Bodmin. Continue on A30 until Mitchell. Drive through Mitchell village and follow sighns to St Newlyn East.
On entering the village follow around the church until you are next to the Pheasant Inn pub. leave the pub on your left following the Lappa Valley Railway and Trerice signs.After about 1/2 mile at the Y junction follow the road right towards Lappa Valley Railway. At the bottom of the long sloping hill just before the bridge turn left. A few hundred yards up on the left is our farm entrance.
