Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage
Access to cottage is 4.00 p.m. onward on arrival day and we ask you to vacate the cottage by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure
We do not accept groups such as hen or stag parties
We ask for £100 non refundable desposit on booking with the balance payable on arrival
We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving an explanation

Heading towards Scarborough on the A64. When you reach Malton, do not take the turn off into town but carry on to the next junction. Take the sliproad off signposted A169 to Pickering. As you leave the roundabout you will approach a new roundabout & sign post to Eden Camp this is where you turn off the A169. Then follow the Ryton road for approx 3 miles.
