Laura's Cottage is to be left clean and tidy.
No pet's or smoking are permitted in Laura's Cottage.
Any breakages are to be reported and payed for.

Leave A170 at Wrelton follow signs for Cropton. Just before entering the village of Cropton there are two 40mph signs, turn right immediately after the signs. Follow the right hand fork for about 80yds the take your second turning on your right just before the red brick farm house. Follow the farm lane for 1/2 mile into our farm.
