New for 2010 – lions come to Doncaster for the first time!

The most endangered carnivore in Africa, the Painted Hunting Dog, can be also be seen at the Park, and on the ‘African Plains’, zebra, antelope, ankole cattle and ostrich roam free. Other animals include the popular meerkats, racoon dogs and a new herd of Bactrian Camels. Birds of Prey fly at weekends and during the school holidays from April – September 1st.

Regional food is championed at the Wild Café and children love the dropslides and astraslides in the Jungle Play Barn.
