Hilary Finney was trained at the Cordon Bleu School of Cookery in London and has over 30 years experience of cooking for many events and famous personalities and ran Harmony House Simply cooking a small cookery school for 10 years. It began as a passion by Hilary to help those with little confidence to cook simple eye catching meals, and adapt recipes use readily available ingredients. 

Over the years hundreds of people  passed through this kitchen, (and lived to tell the tale), and some I know have gone on to produce some fabulous meals with added confidence and new ideas !!

Now at Grimston House we can offer you a cookery demonstration in our large country house dining room where you can relax  learn new techniques recipes, presentation ideas and enjoy  refreshments after wards. 

We will be hositng individual events which can be found on eventbrite. Also you can arrange your own personal event tailored just for you  with friends or family, hens or business colleagues.
