From award winning sausages and pork curing courses to B&B venison and game breakfast bangers , the new collection highlights farms that make their own sausages to serve up for breakfast and farm stays that offer a special sausage themed break.

Award Winning Sausages and Pig Keeper Courses at Smallicombe Farm, East Devon
A traditional farmhouse set in idyllic rolling Devonshire countryside between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth, Smallicombe Farm offers a selection of impressive guest rooms with exposed beams and comfy beds, breakfasts with award winning sausages and the opportunity to learn about breeding and rearing rare pigs. As Gold Breakfast Award winners, Smallicombe have the delicious brekkie box ticked – along with clotted cream porridge, a breakfast trifle and Buff Orpington eggs, enjoy pork sausages and bacon from the farm’s own rare prize-winning pigs, the Berkshire, British Lop and Saddleback. Pork Curing Courses to Create Your Own Chorizo and Salami Sausages at Cwmcrwth Farm, Carmarthenshire

Perfect for those after a staycation with a difference, Cwmcrwth Farm not only sell the farm made sausages to guests (available as individual packs or as part of a breakfast pack) but also offer pork curing courses so guests can learn to make their own salami and chorizo sausages.
