Award Winning Sausages and Pig Keeper Courses at Smallicombe Farm, East Devon
A traditional farmhouse set in idyllic rolling Devonshire countryside between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth, Smallicombe Farm offers a selection of impressive guest rooms with exposed beams and comfy beds, breakfasts with award winning sausages and the opportunity to learn about breeding and rearing rare pigs. As Gold Breakfast Award winners, Smallicombe have the delicious brekkie box ticked – along with clotted cream porridge, a breakfast trifle and Buff Orpington eggs, enjoy pork sausages and bacon from the farm’s own rare prize-winning pigs, the Berkshire, British Lop and Saddleback. Pork Curing Courses to Create Your Own Chorizo and Salami Sausages at Cwmcrwth Farm, Carmarthenshire
